This is the key behind it all. Use all your energy, all your passion, and all your love for drumming, to play. When you are truely playing from your heart, you will feel it. Realize that you can create extremely heavy music without negative energy. I mean, it is good to spill all of your feelings, and energy...bad or good, into drumming, but know who you are, and always remember where you came from.
